Shipping and delivery

All printed products are shipped from a production facility based in the country of your address or a country as near as possible to that of your address. We use over 140 manufacturers around the world who are signed up to provide products of a consistently high quality. The positive take on this is that local businesses and labour in or close to the customers country of residence, benefit from our relationship and of course, your order is supplied more quickly and efficiently than it would be if production and supply were only from the UK.

 

Because Secganstudio.com merchandise is produced near the end destination, your products are made and shipped where you are which is clearly much better for you, our customers and for the planet. As a result of our policy of local production, our business practice is more sustainable, environmentally friendly and socially equitable.

 

Original works of art are obviously supplied from the UK and will be subject to shipping costs calculated separately at the time a customer purchases the work.

 

How is my order being shipped?
 

We work with over 60 global shipping networks. Wherever you are you can be guaranteed fast, secure and best priced delivery to your doorstep.

Our products are delivered to you by one of 40+ shipping providers, such as DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc., situated all over the world. The shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the country of production, the country of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order.
 

Can I track my order?
 

You can track your order in realtime once it has been fulfilled and we have supplied a tracking number for the carrier delivering your consignment in the shipping confirmation email and your ‘my orders’ page.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping, but our standard procedure is to process the majority of our orders close to your customers' locations with local print providers. Sometimes, we may have to route an order to a producer in a different country from yours to ensure product availability, production capacity, and logistics and optimise delivery routes for a smooth delivery process. On the rare occasion this is necessary we ship to all countries internationally and charge shipping costs accordingly. The purchase of original art will potentially use this service.

 

My package was expected to arrive today, but hasn’t arrived?

Because our producers use recognised and established carriers, our late deliveries are a rarity, and our community work hard to prevent them. Your tracking details will usually give real time transit details but if you do not have any updates we recommend you wait for two business days first. If it still doesn't arrive, you can use the tracking information we provided, like ship date and ETA, and contact the carrier for an update. Ask them if they can expedite the process and make the same-day delivery. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact our customer care on support@secganstudio.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Delivery Terms

1. Order Processing and Production

• Processing Time: Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 2 business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Shipping Options: We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping : Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Final costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout. 

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping and Express Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Locations

• We deliver to the following countries:

United Kingdom, EU (Europe – Austria, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden), United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Leichtenstein.

• Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

5. Delivery Delays

• While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

• If your order is delayed beyond 5 business days please email support@secganstudio.com for advice regarding the consignment.

6. Risk of Loss and Damage

• If you have chosen tracked delivery, we bear the risk of loss and damage to the products during transportation. 

7. International Shipping

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Compliance with UK E-commerce Regulations

In accordance with the UK’s Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, we provide clear information about our business, including our name, geographical address, and email address. We outline the steps involved in making a purchase and make our terms and conditions accessible and easily understandable.

Additionally, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which cover areas like cancellation rights, clear pricing, and delivery requirements. We ensure transparency, provide a cooling-off period, and clearly outline terms and conditions. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We always do our best to deliver products we hope you’ll love but, should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement. Original commissioned art is non-returnable.

How to return items

  • Complete the information on the contact us by emailing support@secganstudio.com and provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Once we receive your request, if we are satisfied that the reason for your return is fair and reasonable, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your order.

  • Please repack the item/s in the original packaging. IMPORTANT: The item/s must be in the original condition you received the item/s in. If we receive the item/s and there has been damage in any way, whether prior to sending or caused by poor re-packing or by the returning carrier we cannot refund your order. We recommend that you photograph the item/s before packing and after packing as proof of condition should damage occur.

  • Once we receive your returned order and are satisfied that the reasons for return are in agreement with our policy, we will make arrangements to replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs

  • We aim to process all refunds within 28 days

  • You acknowledge that the Products, may vary from the User Content as displayed on-screen, such as due to how computers individual monitors display colours. Such deviation between on-screen User Content and physical Products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.

  • If we agree, or you can substantiate, that there is a defect and that it is not due to the carrier, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control, then we will, at our option, either provide you with a replacement of the order to the extent required to remedy the defect or offer you with a refund for the defective Products.

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  • The remedies provided for above are your sole remedies for any defective Product, and exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any other remedy available to you (including the End Customer) by law.

    If you need to return an item, please email support@secganstudio.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If the reasons for return are reasonable and comply with our terms, we will then send instructions for how to return the items from your order.

 

Conditions for returns

  1. We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one

  2. If you are a business customer our ‘30 day guarantee’ does not apply. Our business order guarantee only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit

  3. We do not refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged)

  4. We do not offer goods in exchange for the ones that you return, only replacements.
