Purchase and Availability
You must be over 18 to make a purchase with us.
Secgan Studio / secganstudio.com reserves the right to refuse access to our websites, terminate accounts, terminate transactions, remove or change content at our sole discretion. If a transaction is cancelled by us, the customer will not incur a charge.
All orders placed on our website will receive a confirmation e-mail of the transaction. If you have not heard from us by email please check any email filter that may have mistakenly prevented its delivery to your inbox. This remains your responsibility. We do not accept responsibilty for any issues arising from missed emails.
All goods are sold subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you by telephone or email of this as soon as we possible, normally within 48 hours. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and the transaction will be cancelled. Should you wish to choose another item of the same value this is acceptable.
Postage
Prices do not include packing and delivery which will be charged as an additional cost on all orders that are applicable. Please note that the appropriate delivery charge should be shown on the order confirmation page of the checkout.
If you wish to collect goods directly from us at our gallery, please call so that we can arrange this for you. In this event we will notify you when the goods are ready for collection.
Delivery Times
Items are usually dispatched via Courier within 5 working days of your order being placed, the item will also need to be signed for by the recipient.
Please advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within 7 days of placing your order so that we can trace the parcel. We will advise you if an item will take longer than 10 working days to deliver to you. Delays sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier and / or supplier problems, so this could effect delivery times.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, plus the cost of Shipping and Handling. Any errors or omissions are excluded, therefore we reserve the right not to despatch an item if a pricing error occurs. We reserve our right to sell same or similar items at different prices elsewhere.
Returns & Refunds
You acknowledge that the Products, may vary from the User Content as displayed on-screen, such as due to how computers individual monitors display colours. Such deviation between on-screen user content and physical products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.
If there are defects discovered, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the user content, you should provide us with photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of a defective product. If we have not received from you a complaint in writing within 30 days after receipt, we shall have no liability for any defect.
If we agree, or you can substantiate, that there is a defect and that it is not due to the carrier, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control, then we will, at our option, either provide you with a replacement of the order to the extent required to remedy the defect or offer you with a refund for the defective Products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
The remedies provided for above are your sole remedies for any defective Product, and exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any other remedy available to you (including the End Customer) by law.
If you need to return an item, please email support@secganstudio.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If the reasons for return are reasonable and comply with our terms, we will then send instructions for how to return the items from your order.
Privacy & Data Protection
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your address, order and payment secure and the customer must also do the same. Unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
If we have reason to suspect that your details have been obtained fraudulently from us, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as we can.
The Data Protection Act 1998 applies. You may write to us at our place of business above, in order to query what data is held about you. Please contact us for the appropriate address.
Marketing Policy
By purchasing and putting your email and / or address into our website you in turn agree that we can send you marketing and offers through email and the post. If you do not wish to receive such offers you can opt out or email us through our 'Contact Us' page and ask for your email and/or address to be removed from our database.

We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that we could have done better or wish to make a complaint, please mail us on secganstudio.com and we will endeavour to put things right for you.

VAT is not charged to or payable on orders taken from and delivered to outside the EEC (European Economic Community).
Customs
Any International Tax, Customs & Import Duties are not included. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any surcharges.

The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between us and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
